Our shipping cost through UPS is $15.00

This Shipping rate includes a double foil bubble wrap insulated shipping box and a heat pack for free:) in the winter months only, as shipping in an insulated box during the summer months will cook your bugs due to the heat outside the box. We will check temps before we ship and if your states warrants insulated box and or heat pack we will pack them as needed. Thanks!

WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP ORDERS WHEN A HURRICANE IS PENDING IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE IN FL THE SHIPPING MIGHT BE EFFECTED AT THERE HUBS SORRY...

ALSO IF TEMPS ARE EXTREMELY WARM 98 AND ABOVE AND YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE IF THEY PERISH DUE TO EXTREME TEMPS WE WILL TEXT OR CALL YOU TO EITHER HAVE IT HELD FOR PICKUP OR HOLD YOUR ORDER

 

RULES 1-6

1.  It is your responsible to watch tracking & be at home to hand receive your order.  If you are not there, it will be scanned in as not there. If your order gets put in a locker, mailbox, or left on your porch in the outside elements, this will be scanned this way and if they perish due to conditions outside we will not replace them .

2.  Also your UPS carrier is not responsible to knock or ring a bell.  This is why watching tracking is SO important.

3. Issues or fatalities - Once your order is received, you need to inform us by email within the hour of receiving (the time is recorded once scanned in when delivered).  Once you've contacted us then unpack feeders & let them sit 4-6 hours at normal room temperature (no forced heat). Most feeders if either cold or overheated need a time period where they might go into shock mode they at this point they will need to be slowly allowed to come back to a normal state

4.  If there are fatalities, you need to take clear pictures of any dead feeders out of their food they are packed in. Count the dead and take a clear picture of only the dead feeders (if this is not done this will void any replacements and replacements are decided at our discretion).

5.  Fatalities - We replace dead feeders only... only after everything in the above rules are followed, we "do not" give any refunds and you are responsible FOR SHIPPING (as we replace the feeders), or we can throw them in with your next order, if requested. If you want bugs during a hurricane in your area we are not responsible for lost orders or delays if you still want us to ship your order.

6. When purchasing from us remember that all sales are governed under our rules & conditions publicly posted on our website.  If you choose not to read the above rules that is on you.  If there are issues during shipping I am informing you of our policy we stand by regarding this.

When ordering from us at the end of our shipping week we ship orders first come first serve, if you wait until the end of our shipping week it depends on how many orders are ahead of yours whether it goes out on Wednesday or the following shipping week:) with that said we do our best to get out as many orders as possible:) by the end of our shipping week

Also, if there is a size feeder you need, please email us. If we have that size in stock, we will be happy to send it as all feeders grow.
