Our super worms (Zophobas Morio) are 1" - 2" and farm raised. They are a great feeder, high in moisture, calcium, protein, fat and fiber. Most fish, frogs, spiders, turtles, reptiles (bearded dragons, crested geckos, leopard geckos, and many chameleons, etc.), gliders, hedge hogs and even some wild birds enjoy them depending on the size of your pet.
We ship our super worms in enough worm food to ship them to you. Most super worms stored in there worm food will last 3 weeks to a month depending on your temps (room temperature) and feeding schedule. Yes, you do need to both change old food out and replace with worm food at least once a week so they are healthy and live the longest. We do sell extra bags of our worm food for $5 per bag on our website under bug food.

You can store them in a large plastic shoe box container with no lid as they need 100% ventilation to keep them alive and healthy. Store them at room temperature. We pack our super worms in their own food when we ship them to you. Once you receive them, empty the bag of worms and food into your plastic shoe box. If kept this way, your super worms will last for weeks.
